  Unfortunately I had high hopes but was left deflated. I had the Dreamtime package with an add on Vichy shower but that had not been relayed to the therapist and when I was taken to a room I had to speak up about the Vichy request so I had to sit and wait longer whilst it was set up. I was told that they don't normally do the package with Vichy and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience. As a beauty/spa therapist myself I found the entire procedure clunky, uncomfortable and disconnected but it doesn't need to be that way. I had asked for a light, relaxation massage but ended up with deep tissue/trigger point which was very uncomfortable. A change of procedures for set up and treatment and some further staff training would be beneficial

  I've spent a beautiful 2 hours in here. :) my favourite part was the body scrub and shower... my skin feels so soft! About the massage, I had Emma to take care of me, she made a very nice and "gently soft" massage on my back. I was very happy that she asked me the level of pressure I prefer and if I had any preferences... very nice! Thanks so much
