  Had my infills gel polish and 2 repairs done here which was $60 which I didn't care about the price it was the work that was done on my nails I wasn't happy about. They are all odd lengths, sizes and gel polish was lumpy and missed all down the sides of my nails. I wasn't going to complain or go as far as to write a bad review I hate bad reviews. I messaged the salon and gave them the opportunity to help me out. As I am travelling up the east coast I had them done and then left the town. I actually wasn't going to complain and just have them redone, but for $60 I should be happy. I contacted the salon and they said I needed to go back in to have a look even though I had sent pictures in. They said they would re do my nails and that the odd thickness of them wasn't even their fault. I explained 1. I couldn't go back in I have left town and 2. I didn't want the lady to re do them as that's why I am complaining now because it was a bad job. They offered no refund and didn't help me out. I am not expecting a full refund but maybe some sort of money back as I am now having them soaked off and re done fully so it has ended up costing me almost $180 for my nails :(

  Having had my hair cut by some great hairdressers in Melbourne, the friendly, knowledgable, and professional locals at Reflections, are who i trust whenever i visit the Whitsunday area. Highly recommend.

  I have pictures which won't let me post on here so I will do so on the Facebook page which I am sure will be deleted and also will be under a new name as they have blocked me. This has been an experience I have never wanted to be part of I hate complaining but I am so unhappy with the outcome and the ridiculous amount of money I have now had to pay :((((((((((((

  Great experience, owner (i assume) cut my hair without an appointment and took great care to get a fantastic fade on my guys hair cut, wish I had this place in Brisbane.
