  Great place to take kids. Spacious grass sites and enuite sites are great. Large cabin options with electric BBQs on the deck.

  We stayed here four days early December, the management will charge you over and above for every single little tiny thing. Want to go golfing on the mini golf course? $2/ball and $20 for the golf club. Also you need to plan in advance, because after 6:00 p.m. nothing is open, no staff to be found.

  The policy is for guests to clean their own cabin and dishes before checking out- which is understandable, however the staff should check to make sure things are clean. The cabin cleanliness was acceptable, however the cutlery and dishes were gross- unwashed just stacked back in the cupboards.

  The staff were lovely, although perhaps the summer staff could be trained a bit better, as they messed up a couple of admin issues with bookings.

  Want to enter the park and check in after they are closed? Good luck with that. You need to enter a code every time whether entering or exiting so the gate will raise and let you through. During our 4 day stay the gate was inoperative on 3 different occasions that I witnessed. Long line of cars just sitting there while the unnecessary gate wastes everyone’s time.

  Fantastic place to stay especially if you have children. We travelled up from Brisbane with family from overseas and hired one of the villa's across from the water park. Plenty of activities for the children to do, friendly, helpful staff and the park is very clean and well presented.

  Loved it, you could stay at the park for a week and not leave it you wanted. We did go on trips around Airlie and Whitsundays and the staff at B4AWR were fantastic in giving unbiased advice on different ideas to do. Great pool and slides had to pry the kids off, tennis court, movie every night, putt putt a really relaxing fun time - unit was clean, fresh and we'll set out- staff could not have been more friendly special shout out to Kelly and Mel who really helped make our stay.

  While it does have a decent little water park for the kids to play in that is about all this resort has going for it.
