    We rocked up at Portside without a booking at 6pm and asked if they had anything available. The owner/Manager was very nice and accommodating and set us up with a lovely room next to the pool. Throughout our stay they were very accommodating and even let us have a very late checkout for no extra cost. Good value for money and a great location. Only down side was the construction site across the road which was a bit noisy in the mornings but the project seems to be almost complete (August 2010)

    Good sized, well furnished holiday apartments with airconditioning, ceiling fans and balconies overlooking the water. Easy (no hills) walking distance from the Port of Airlie and the town centre. Good value in my opinion and I'll stay here again.
