This is a terminal for connections to Hamilton Island. It has very efficient and professional staff; however the catering facilities and associated staff within this facility leave much to be desired.

The terminal itself was great, very helpful. The cafe inside the terminal was not. Ordered 2 coffees, burnt my taste bud upon the first sip. Told the lady it was way to hot, she said, she makes them like that because she like them “Hot”. In my opinion there is a difference between Hot & scalding hot. She made my partner & I another coffee, this time it was lukewarm. I Gave up at this point & decided to just shut my mouth and drink my $5 lukewarm coffee.
