  We spoke with Josh who was very knowledgeable and listened to us. Immediately, he supported us and was proactive. Within 24 hours, Josh had us sorted with smiles back on our faces. This shows his stores efficiency as our original store had been in correspondence with us for over a week and had not responded to emails, resolved problems nor provided good customer service.

  Whilst travelling through Airlie Beach on my east coast trip I noticed a lot of travel shops along the main road, however only one stood out for amazing customer service and that was happy travels. I spoke to Connor about booking a skydive and he was very informative and professional. He didn't pressure for a decision, instead he was very friendly and welcoming. I visited every travel shop on the main road and by far happy travels have the best prices and best atmosphere! Would 100% reccomend to anybody passing through Airlie looking to book a trip with locals who know the area well and have the best prices. Thanks to Kane, Josh, and especially Connor for helping me book the best trip of my life!!

  Best experience of a travel agent ive ever had. The staff are so friendly and welcoming we felt really comfortable and like we were just asking friends for advice who knew what they were talking about. The staff here, I booked all my trip with Josh he's amazing, aren't trying to sell you stuff and just make a profit from you without caring about your trip itself (what I've found from greyhound stores) instead they actually really care about what's best for you. Josh went way out of his way to help me on my trip and I ended up having the best time :) thank you guys!
