  I had a really good experience with this company. Staff is good and kind! The food was good. Not a really party boat, but that's heaps better if you're already sick of the sailing

  We booked a sailing trip with Whitsunday cruises and adventures 5 days prior to departure. We were sold on a trip with only 14 people because we wanted a more family oriented boat. We arrived at the office the day prior to check in. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to speak to us we were checked in while the girl kept interrupting by answering the phone. 15 minutes after we left we received an urgent message to contact the office. We called and said our trip was canceled. We walked back to the office and were told the captain just called to say the engine isn't working. Ok well I guess these things happen. We then find out that the boat had cancelled the last three sailings. Something that definitely should have been relayed to us when we booked. Reluctantly after some probing the staff looked for another trip to put us on. Because of such short notice there was no options for us. We were not offered any discounts on future trips and the manager didn't call to apologize. The fact that we were unable to see Whitsunday Islands because they didn't have the decency to give us all the information was unacceptable. If you value your holiday do not book with this company. If anything goes wrong they will not help you.

  Loved Dan's attitude to keep us engaged and entertained! Summertime is a must if you like the relaxing time of the ocean, and Whitsundays! Definitely do it again!

  Booked a sailing trip to the Whitsundays and ended up on a speed boat! Be careful when booking through the phone...

  The staff on our cruise were amazing. The staff at the booking centre were a lot of fun and extremely helpful.
